Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have rights over your personal data. Many of them you can use directly in Hailer. For everything else, contact privacy@hailer.com.

What you can do yourself

See and correct your data	Edit your name, picture and other details in your profile settings
Delete your account	Profile settings → User info → Delete user
Export workspace data	Export activities to Excel from any workflow or dataset
Stop marketing emails	Use the unsubscribe link in the email

You cannot delete your account while you own a workspace that has other members. Transfer the ownership first.

If your account is managed by your organization's user directory, such as Microsoft Entra ID, ask your organization's IT administrator to remove it.

What you can ask from us

Contact privacy@hailer.com to:

• Get a copy of your personal data
• Correct data you cannot change yourself
• Have your data deleted
• Object to or restrict how we use your data

We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer within one month.

If you use Hailer through your organization

Your organization decides what data is stored in its workspace. For questions about that data, contact your workspace administrator first.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can contact the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or the data protection authority in your country.
