Our principles

• Your data is stored in the EU. Hailer's servers, database and backups are located in the EU.
• We collect only what the service needs. Personal data is used to run Hailer, not sold or used for advertising.
• Your data is protected. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by workspace and role.
• You stay in control. You can view, correct, export and delete your data.
