Your Hailer data is stored and processed in the EU.

When data leaves the EU
A few features depend on global services. Only the data needed for that feature is shared:
- Mobile notifications are delivered through Apple and Google push services, which operate worldwide. Only if you use the Hailer mobile app with notifications turned on.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, which may process payment data outside the EU. Only if your workspace pays for Hailer by card.
- Maps are provided by Google. Your location is sent to Google only if you choose to share it.
- AI features are processed by an AI provider. Only if you decide to use AI features.
These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as required by the GDPR.
Emails are sent through Mailgun's EU service.
